In the West yoga starts with the body, creating connection between body, breath and mind. As we go deeper with the practice of yoga we become more flexible in our minds through meditation and we can grow into whoever we want to be, we can break old cycles and create new intentions. Yoga is open to all people of all ages.
Our aim is to guide you into a deeper sense of yourself allowing you to connect with your intuition and develop into the best version of yourself. Join us as we grow and develop together. Every body should function to it’s best and we can start with a little movement and grow grow grow together.
